What a way to bring in the new year! This winter is brutal! These are pics taken from the Christmas blizzard. Today, we are still getting more snow and have more winter advisories out.
I received word from my attorney that I finally won my disability case! I was stunned when he gave me news. He said I didn't sound that excited and I informed him that I'm not used to hearing the words "You Won"! So we shall see where this takes me. :-)It had appeared that perhaps 2010 just might be my year to shine until I woke up last Sunday morning to frozen pipes. They ended up bursting in three different places so I went a day & a half with no water. The good news is that my insurance will cover the repairs. I was expecting the plumber tomorrow, but with the looks of this snow storm, I doubt he will be able to make it out. Until then, I have a temporary fix so I don't have to go without water. :-)
